Financial Reporting Analyst Oxfordshire A well-established organisation in Oxfordshire is looking for a Senior Financial Regulations Reporting Analyst to join its finance team.This is a specialist role focused on ensuring full compliance with an externally imposed financial regulatory framework, including detailed spend cap requirements. You will work closely with the Financial Regulations Reporting and Compliance Manager and the wider finance team, supporting decision-making up to CFO and senior leadership level.What you will be doingPreparing compliant regulatory submissions, ensuring they are accurate, on time and audit-readyCollating and analysing data to support CFO responses and requests for clarification from the regulatorSupporting external audits, including agreed upon procedures, and producing the documentation and working papers behind themBuilding and maintaining monthly actuals reporting against the cap as part of the wider finance reporting cycleReviewing source documentation and transactional data to assess compliance, escalating anything ambiguousSupporting annual forecasting alongside the Finance Business Partner team to ensure ongoing complianceWriting technical papers documenting the organisation''s interpretation of specific regulations, and maintaining the fair value assessment scheduleWhat we are looking forQualified, ACA, ACCA or CIMAExperience in a finance, reporting or compliance role within a regulatory or rule-based environmentA strong track record ..... full job details .....
