Location: Birmingham (Hybrid) Position: Financial Accountant Full-Time Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 per annumKey responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial information through balance sheet reconciliation and core accounting activity.Deliver financial reporting to Group on a timely and accurate basis.Support the preparation of statutory accounts and assist with audit processes.Lead on month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring robust financial controls.Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial insight and strengthen financial governance.Contribute to tax, VAT, and regulatory reporting requirements where needed.Key essentials of the Financial Accountant:ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of financial reporting standards.Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex data sets.
