Financial Reporting and Systems Analyst REED Finance are working in partnership with an SME Client based in Christchurch recruiting a Financial Reporting and Systems Analyst Location: Near ChristchurchSalary: Up to £50,000 (potential flexibility for an exceptional candidate)Working Pattern: Primarily office-based with potential hybrid flexibility (up to 1 day from home for the right candidate)Hours: Full-time, 8.30am - 5pm (Flex on start and finish times - 40 hours per week) Overview Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting and Systems Analyst to support group reporting, data consolidation, and systems development across multiple entities. This is a permanent position replacing a previous fixed-term role and would suit a technically strong analyst with finance exposure and a passion for data, reporting, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Consolidate financial data from multiple systems (Cube MRI, Xero and Sage Intacct). Develop and maintain group-level financial reports and dashboards. Produce weekly KPI reports for senior leadership and the CFO. Support the creation of a centralised reporting and data-lake approach. Ensure data integrity within core systems, including maintaining records and supporting reporting accuracy. Assist with ongoing reporting and systems improvement projects. Required Skills and Experience Strong Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot. Experience analysing and manipulating large datasets.
