Financial Processing Manager Salary: 57,090Location: Bedford/HybridContract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) 37 hours per week Make a Real Impact in a Values-Led Organisation We are looking for an experienced and motivated Financial Processing Manager to join us on a 12-month, fixed-term basis, providing maternity cover. You will lead our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions. This is an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for an established function, support and develop colleagues, maintain strong financial controls and progress agreed service and process improvements to meet the organisation''s changing needs. What You Will Be Doing Lead, manage and develop the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll teams, setting clear priorities and supporting colleagues to perform effectively. Ensure payroll, supplier payments, customer receipts and debt-processing activities are completed accurately and within agreed timescales. Maintain effective financial controls across the Financial Processing function, identifying risks and ensuring that appropriate remedial action is taken. Review reconciliations and ensure that issues are investigated and resolved promptly to maintain the integrity of financial information. Provide accurate and timely information to support monthly management reporting and year-end processes. Ensure relevant regulatory returns and payments are completed accurately and on time.
