Financial Planning Team Leader

We''re working with a highly regarded wealth management business that is looking to appoint a Financial Planning Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Financial Planner to take on a key leadership position while remaining actively involved with clients. The role offers a genuine blend of people management and financial planning, with approximately half your time dedicated to leading and developing a team of Financial Planners and the remainder focused on managing relationships with a select portfolio of High-Net-Worth clients. Role and Responsibilities: Leading, coaching and developing a team of Financial Planners Conducting regular 1-2-1s and structured development meetings Supporting less experienced advisers as they progress within the business Helping advisers improve productivity, capacity and overall performance Maintaining consistently high standards of financial advice and client outcomes Overseeing adviser development through appropriate Training and Competence frameworks Identifying opportunities to improve advice processes, efficiency and consistency Using management information to understand performance and identify areas for improvement Working collaboratively with colleagues across Compliance, Operations, HR, Growth and Proposition Helping the business plan for future adviser recruitment, development and succession Managing your own portfolio of established HNW clients Providing holistic financial planning across areas including ..... full job details .....
