This Financial Planning Manager job offers the opportunity to lead, develop, and commercially drive a team of approximately 20 financial advisors (both employed and self-employed) across your region. As Financial Planning Manager, you''ll be responsible for: • Leading and coaching advisors to achieve their business plans and commercial targets • Developing strong client implementation plans and monitoring advisor performance • Having regular advisor-facing meetings, conducting observations, and attending client meetings • Managing day-to-day training and competence (TandC) responsibilities • Driving commercial growth whilst maintaining compliance standards This is more than just a TandC management role - our client wants a Financial Planning Manager who can have motivate, push commercial drivers, and help advisors grow their businesses. Financial Planning Manager Requirements: • Essential: Proven experience managing financial advisors in a wealth management or IFA environment • Essential: Strong track record of driving commercial results and advisor performance • Essential: Experience with both employed and self-employed advisor models • Desirable: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent • ..... full job details .....
