Offering the full range of wealth management solutions available.ResponsibilitiesClient WorkYou will be responsible for managing and growing your own portfolio of clients.Support colleagues in providing financial planning advice where necessary.Wealth ManagementProvide comprehensive Wealth Management and Financial Planning Advice.Advise on all aspects of financial planning, including reviewing existing plans, pooled investment vehicles, bonds, protection plans, retirement income, pensions, inheritance tax, tax-led investments, and cashflow modelling.Support fee-based financial planning across pensions, investments, savings, protection, and tax planning vehicles.Confirm the suitability of existing plans and assist in developing future arrangements.Performance MeasurementPerformance will be measured against a balanced scorecard covering financial contribution, strategic engagement, risk and compliance, and behaviors.ProcessesFollow established processes to deliver Wealth Management 360 services and other financial planning solutions.Provide advice aligned with our suitability framework.ReportingConduct annual reviews and prepare related advice.Prepare and issue financial planning reports in conjunction with colleagues.SupportWork internally with advisers and externally with solicitors, tax specialists, and accountants to meet report and deadline requirements.Developing Business with New ClientsEngage with and understand prospective clients'' needs.Present and discuss the 7IM proposition and tailor proposals accordingly.Convert prospects into clients and increase assets and revenue.Non-Client Work and StrategyParticipate in departmental and external provider meetings.Lead research and analysis for advice areas, supporting team strategy development.Information TechnologyMaintain understanding of company systems and use them in line with policies for client records management.MarketingAssist in marketing and promoting wealth management services externally and within the group.Back OfficeUnderstand back office procedures including client onboarding, report production, valuations, and advice procedures, primarily via Xplan.Other ResponsibilitiesUndertake projects or responsibilities assigned.Act in the best interest of clients, adhering to FCA requirements and company policies on Treating Customers Fairly, MiFID II, and SMCR.Act in good faith, prevent harm, and support clients in achieving their financial goals.This list is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as appropriate.About YouSkillsExcellent client-facing skills and communication skills.Commercial focus.Strong research and analytical skills with demonstrable experience.Good IT skills.KnowledgeAbility to work as part of a team and independently.Experience with life, investment, and pension products, including pooled investments, bonds, protection plans, and retirement income planning.Experience in Wealth Management, preferably within the IFA market or from an IFA background.QualificationsDegree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.Progress towards or achieved Certified and/or Chartered Financial Planning status.Other Relevant InformationComply with FCA rules, principles, and other regulatory requirements.Maintain an honest relationship with Compliance and ensure competence for your ..... full job details .....
