Our client, a highly respected and long-established chartered Wealth Management firm, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning/Wealth Management professional to become part of a dynamic team, supporting private clients, families, small businesses, and charities across the UK with bespoke and impartial advice.About the RoleAs a Financial Planning Assistant, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional client experience by providing comprehensive administrative support to advisers and the wider client servicing team. Youll be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining the highest compliance standards.Key Responsibilities Include:Supporting advisers with administrative tasks including preparing valuations and meeting packsSubmitting new business and managing pipelines, including Letters of Authority and chasing provider informationLiaising with clients and providers, and maintaining CRM and back-office systemsLogging fees/commissions, screening emails and calls, and managing diariesActing as a point of contact for client queriesMaintaining compliant client files (including AML documentation)Preparing basic suitability reportsSupporting with ad-hoc tasks and internal projectsAbout you:They are seeking an experienced, talented individual who can hit the ground running, with at least 5 years of experience in a Financial Planning Support/Assistant or similar role within a financial planning environment.You will possess :A strong understanding of the financial services industryFamiliarity with FCA regulations, particularly the Code of Conduct (COCON)Previous experience with Intelliflo (Essential) and moneyinfo (desirable)High proficiency with Microsoft 365 applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamQualifications and Training:Ongoing training and development opportunities will be provided post-probationCommitment to continuous learning and regulatory awareness is essentialPersonal Attributes:Professional and positive attitudeStrong work ethic with a commitment to high standardsWillingness to adapt and take on new challengesAble to thrive under pressure and manage competing deadlinesCV to ..... full job details .....
