Known for its collaborative and high-performing culture, the business is focused on delivering high-quality underwriting and financial insight while maintaining a strong emphasis on integrity, performance, and continuous improvement.Your new roleFinancial Planning and Reporting Analyst reporting directly to the Financial Controller working within a team of four.Broad role covering financial reporting, planning, forecasting and underwriting performance analysisAssist with quarterly US GAAP underwriting results, outlook commentary and balance sheet reviewSupport UK, US and European GAAP reporting requirements and board-level reporting packsPrepare underwriting plans, forecasts, reforecasts and regulatory submissionsConduct financial reviews of insurance intermediaries and support wider finance activitiesOpportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders in a high-visibility finance functionWhat you''ll need to succeedACA / ACCA/ CIMA - Part Qualified or FinalistExperience within insurance or reinsurance (London Market exposure highly desirable)Strong understanding of financial reporting and planning processesAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, Power Query, SUMIFs)Strong analytical and communication skills with high ..... full job details .....
