Financial Planning and Performance Manager - luxury retailThis FPandP (Financial Planning and Performance) Manager forms a key part of our finance transformation, supporting the transition from a traditional finance function to a modern, high-performing organisation. Sitting at the centre of this journey, this new role will help establish and embed a mature and dedicated Financial Planning and Performance (FPandP) capability. A unique opportunity to build processes, reporting and models from the ground up and develop new stakeholder relationships.Reporting to the FPandP Lead, the position operates as a trusted deputy, delivering core FPandP activities and ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the function, enabling the FPandP Lead to focus on strategic priorities.
