Role Overview: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Support effective financial managementProvide financial insight and analysis to directoratesCoordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoringImprove finance processes, reporting tools, and methodsWork with finance colleagues to support decision-making and corporate priorities Main responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Improve financial planning, budgeting and reporting toolsUse automation and data visualisation to improve efficiencyUse Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and build OTBI reportsMaintain schemes of delegation and set up chart of accounts (COA) elementsTrain new finance usersSupport month-end and year-end processesCoordinate annual budgets and forecastsBuild and maintain financial models.Review and consolidate budget holder returnsImprove finance processes, procedures and working papersMaintain clear, up-to-date Finance intranet pagesCoordinate FOI requests and statutory reportingPrepare and submit government data returnsCoordinate payroll information and manage position numbersMonitor central budgets and reservesSupport the Head of Finance Business Partnering with ad hoc tasks Essential experience: ..... full job details .....
