Our client, a global, PE-backed group of private schools based in London is recruiting a FPandA Manager.Our ClientOur client is a private equity backed education group with a growing international footprint and a reputation for high-quality, independent schools.The RoleA key FPandA role within the Group Finance function, supporting international operations:Lead consolidated monthly reporting across regions and present insights to senior leadershipPartner with regional CFOs to support performance improvement and planningDeliver forecasting and budgeting cycles at group levelDrive process improvement and contribute to transformation projectsSupport business cases and long-term strategic planningThe Successful CandidateQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)5 + years of FPandA experience in a multi-entity, international groupExperience driving process improvements, with a change mindsetConfident engaging with senior leadership and non-finance teamsWhat’s on offer?Base salary of £85,000 plus a competitive benefits package.
