FPandA Manager

into a newly created role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with a strong brand presence across both online and physical retail, at an exciting stage of its growth journey.The opportunityNewly created FPandA Manager position reporting into senior finance leadershipBroad commercial remit to extract meaningful insights from data and drive business performanceHigh visibility role partnering closely with Heads of Departments and wider leadershipOpportunity to influence day-to-day operations as well as long-term strategic planningKey responsibilitiesDeliver timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)Provide deep financial analysis to drive decisions on cost, pricing, and capital investmentLead budgeting and reforecasting processes using robust retail modellingPresent clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders to support decision makingModel cash flows and covenants to support business strategy and financing requirementsDrive improvements in reporting and analysis through modern tools and approachesAbout youQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or Masters in Finance / EconomicsStrong FPandA experience within retail, consumer, or FMCG sectors OR coming from Big 4 / corporate finance looking to move into industryConfident business partner with a proactive, commercial mindset and willingness to challenge existing processesHighly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is advantageousExperience within private equity backed or highly leveraged environments is desirablePrevious MandA exposure is a plusWhat’s on offerSalary £70,000 – £80,000 depending on experienceGenerous bonus of up to 20%Hybrid working (3-4 days per week in South West London office)Opportunity to join a business at a key growth stage with a collaborative, commercial finance teamGenerous staff discount and benefits packageDynamic, supportive, and energetic working environmentIf this sounds of interest, please apply for a confidential conversation to learn more.Seniority level
