Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role will lead a small team and provide senior-level financial insight to the Leadership Team, Trustees and Finance/Risk and Audit Committee. Key responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario planning. Develop long-term models covering reserves, cash flow, investment and income planning. Provide financial analysis, challenge and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Lead management reporting and develop dashboards to support decision-making. Support investment appraisal, business cases, grants and major projects. Coach finance colleagues and budget holders on financial planning and analysis.
