Financial Planning and Analysis Manager - Charity Contract: Full-Time (2 1/2 days per week) Salary: Competitive Location: London / Hybrid A leading charity is seeking an experienced FPandA Manager to lead financial planning, analysis and modelling across the organisation and its associated charitable entities. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role will lead a small team and provide senior-level financial insight to the Leadership Team, Trustees and Finance/Risk and Audit Committee. Key responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario planning. Develop long-term models covering reserves, cash flow, investment and income planning. Provide financial analysis, challenge and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Lead management reporting and develop dashboards to support decision-making. Support investment appraisal, business cases, grants and major projects. Coach finance colleagues and budget holders on financial planning and analysis. Drive improvements to financial processes, systems and value for money. Ideal background: Qualified accountant. Strong FPandA leadership experience within a charity or not-for-profit environment. Experience across modelling, scenario planning, budgeting, forecasting and management accounts. Confident influencing senior stakeholders, budget holders and Trustees/Board-level audiences.
