Working closely with the Financial Controller and senior stakeholders, as FPandA Manager, you will provide accurate financial analysis and actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.The role of the FPandA ManagerDevelop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiativesLead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processesResponsible for preparing month end packs, periodic analysis of PandL performance metrics, working capital and capexDeliver month-end senior management reports, executive summaries, and business KPI reports, providing actionable insights and recommendationsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reportsPresent complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and impactful way, enabling data-driven decision-makingProvide analysis to evaluate strategic financial projects/opportunities and risks and support strategic decisionsResponsible for free cashflow forecasting, budgeting and reporting variances for the business, working closely with the business to keep cash forecasts up to date and accurate.
