Financial Planning and Analysis LeadSalary: £80,000 - £85,000 pro rata Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months) Hours: 35 hours per week Location: Central London (Hybrid, 1-2 days per week onsite) This is a unique opportunity for an experienced FPandA professional to join a well-established membership organisation undergoing significant change and transformation. With no dedicated FPandA function currently in place, this role has been created to provide immediate leadership across budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering the next budget cycle while building stronger financial planning processes and reporting capabilities for the future. This is a highly visible position requiring an individual who can quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders, provide commercial challenge and insight, and drive meaningful improvements across finance processes, systems and controls.
