Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Your new company A leading international organisation operating within a fast-paced, multi-site environment is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to join its finance leadership team based near Heathrow.This is a newly created, highly visible role offering genuine influence across the business. You will work closely with senior leadership, operational stakeholders and support functions to drive performance, challenge decision-making and shape strategic direction.If you''re looking for a role that combines commercial finance, business partnering, strategic planning and leadership exposure, this is an outstanding opportunity.

Your new role As FP&A Manager, you''ll be at the centre of the business''s planning and performance agenda, taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting, business case evaluation and performance analysis across multiple business units. You will manage a team of two Financial Analysts and will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders and play a key role in influencing operational and financial decisions through insightful analysis and commercial challenge.


What you''ll need to succeed

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification
• Proven FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting budget and forecasting processes
• The confidence to challenge, influence and hold stakeholders accountable
• A proactive approach to process improvement and automation
• The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance audiences
