The Company: A well-established and growing financial planning business looking to appoint an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to support their team of Financial Advisers in a 100% remote working capacity. This is an excellent opportunity suited to someone already working within an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Services environment who is looking to further develop their career, with a clear progression pathway into a Trainee Paraplanner role within 6-12 months.Working Setup: 100% remote/WFHPackage: £28-30k base + full company benefits:Benefits: 4% pension, PMI and full study support (CII)Holidays: 25-days + statsStandard hours: Full-time - 37.5hrsThe Role: A varied Financial Planning Administration role providing day-to-day support to Financial Advisers, ensuring an efficient and professional client experience throughout the advice process. Working closely with senior leadership and the wider administration team, key accountabilities include:Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial AdvisersPrepare and process new business applications across pensions, investments and protectionProduce valuations, client correspondence and supporting documentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records and back-office systemsLiaise with clients, providers and third parties to progress cases through to completionEnsure all work is completed accurately and within agreed service standardsSupport ongoing regulatory and compliance requirementAssist with ..... full job details .....
