Financial Planning Administrator - Wilmslow (Hybrid)A well-established national IFA firm is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join its growing Wealth Planning team based in Wilmslow.The RoleYou will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of Independent Financial Advisers, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of financial planning services to clients.Key responsibilities include:Processing and managing Letters of AuthorityPreparing client valuations and quotationsProcessing and tracking new business applicationsChasing providers and following up on outstanding casesProducing client review packs and supporting annual reviewsLiaising with clients, advisers and product providersMaintaining accurate client records and ensuring regulatory complianceRequirementsTo be considered for this position, you should have:Previous experience as a Financial Planning Administrator within an IFA or wealth management environmentStrong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning administration processesExperience using platformsExcellent organisational and communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyPackageBasic salary up to £30,000Generous discretionary bonus schemeFlexible benefits allowancePension schemeHybrid working arrangementOpportunity to join a respected and expanding national financial planning businessThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to ..... full job details .....
