Financial Planning Administrator Location: CardiffSalary £30,000 - £35,000 DOEFull-Time, Part Time, PermanentAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established and growing financial planning business in Cardiff.This role would suit someone with previous experience within financial planning administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of support.The successful candidate will provide administrative and technical support to advisers and management, helping ensure a smooth and efficient client journey from initial enquiry through to completion.Key Responsibilities:• Providing high-level administrative support to advisers and the wider team• Preparing client files and ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate and complete• Supporting pre- and post-meeting administration, including CRM updates• Processing applications and liaising with providers, clients, and third parties• Chasing applications and Letters of Authority to ensure timely completion• Producing client correspondence, reports, and review documentation• Handling inbound calls professionally and building strong client relationships• Running reports, illustrations, and collating key client information• Maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day operational processesRequirements:• Previous administration experience within financial services, wealth management, or a related sector• ..... full job details .....
