Due to an internal promotion and growth my client, an established and highly regarded Chartered Financial Planning practice, currently seek an experience Financial Planning Administrator to support a talented Financial Planner on a one to one basis who primarily operates in the HNW field.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage client review processes, including scheduling, documentation gathering, and preparationMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records and financial information within back-office systemsSupport the adviser with the delivery of regulated financial advice, ensuring documentation is complete and compliantManage new business processing, proactively progressing cases and chasing providersLiaise with pension providers, platforms, and third parties to obtain updates and informationSupport activities such as letters of authority, fund switches, top-ups, withdrawals, and ongoing servicingMaintain and update CRM systems (e.g. Intelliflo or similar) accuratelyAssist with platform administration, including transfers and investmentsAct as a central coordination point between clients, advisers, and internal teamsDeliver a high-quality client experience through professional communication and organisationApplicants must possess support / administration experience from the IFA sector with proven experience providing financial planning support, client servicing, and administration.
