Financial Planning Administrator Bristol Up to 32kA respected and growing independent financial advisory firm based in Bristol is looking to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years'' experience in financial services administration, ideally within an IFA environment. You''ll be joining a small, collaborative team where you''ll play a key role in supporting advisers and delivering a high standard of service to clients.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate client records and prepare files for meetingsManage provider correspondence, including letters of authorityAct as a key contact for clients and providersProcess applications, payments, and ensure compliance checks (AML)Produce valuations, reports, and keep clients updatedSupport advisers with post-meeting administration and follow-upsLiaise with third parties, including legal professionalsSkills and Experience (Essential):Previous experience in a financial services or IFA administration roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracySelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyGood IT skills and ability to learn new systemsTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeUnderstanding of the financial planning processDesirable:Experience with back-office systems such as IntellifloWorking towards Level 4 Diploma in Financial PlanningRelevant financial services ..... full job details .....
