Financial Planning Administrator

We’re looking for an organised and client-focused Financial Planning Administrator to join an established wealth management firm. You’ll support financial advisers with client servicing, new business processing and ongoing financial reviews, helping to ensure clients receive an excellent level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for new business and client reviews.
• Communicate with clients by telephone, email and letter.
• Process new business applications and check documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate client records and files using back-office systems.
• Keep client investment reviews up to date and prepare fund switch reports.
• Prepare client information and documentation for outsourced paraplanners, including fact-finds, risk assessments and illustrations.
• Support paraplanners with suitability reports where required.
• Follow compliance procedures and complete relevant regulatory training.

About You

• At least two years’ experience in a client-facing financial planning environment. 
• Good understanding of pensions, investments, life assurance and mortgages.
• Thorough understanding of IO 
• Experience on doing fund switches, processing new business and preparing reviews.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with Intelliflo or similar back-office systems, investment platforms and supporting paraplanners would be advantageous.
