Financial Planning Administrator
My client are a well-established financial planning firm on the outskirts of Bristol that are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator to join their long-standing, friendly workforce.This is an office-based role that will involve providing administrative support to the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.Specific Duties Include:Preparing relevant paperwork for client meetings. Submitting online applications. Processing business and submit to providers. Dealing with client queries.Collating research for recommendation. Using quotation systems for Mortgage, Protection, Investment products. Produce suitability letters and reports requested by the Adviser.OandM research. Buy / sell upon client / adviser instruction.
