This home-based role offers an established portfolio of approximately 110 households and £45m AUM, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent financial planning advice and developing long-term client relationships. Up to £76,000 basic salary Client bank of 110 households and £45m AUM 3.5x validation target 70% recurring income from inherited clients during validation, reducing to 25% post-validation 45% on all new business written Full paraplanning and administration support Exclusive regional marketing exposure through a local radio partnership across Cornwall and Devon Remote working with occasional travel to Truro and client meetings The Role Manage and develop an established portfolio of clients. Deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments, retirement and protection planning. Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for additional business. Generate growth through referrals and professional introducer relationships. Maintain excellent client outcomes and regulatory standards. About You Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum).
