Drive the resolution of critical incidents to minimize business impact and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.Lead and coordinate the management of Priority 1 (P1) and high-severity incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication across all stakeholders.Act as the incident commander during major disruptions and crisis situations.Lead cross-functional teams under pressure.Ensure effective post-incident reviews and continuous improvements.Key Requirements
Strong experience managing Crisis Major Incidents (P1 level) end-to-end.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in ITIL processes, escalation management, and post-incident reviews.Seniority level
