Additional Job Description Join us as a Financial Crime Transformation Lead where you will be a senior financial crime subject matter expert responsible for leading the business analysis and discovery for complex, multi-year financial crime change initiatives. You will ensure that financial crime change requirements are accurately captured, assessed, and delivered across multiple projects, with a particular focus on global regulatory alignment and operational impact throughout the end-to-end financial crime framework (including onboarding, ongoing due diligence, screening, suspicious activity reporting, investigations, and transaction monitoring as well as MI reporting and governance). Operating at the intersection of business analysis and transformation, the Lead will drive the prioritisation, qualification, and successful delivery of financial crime change projects in the Investment Bank (IB). Key Accountabilities Lead business analysis and discovery: act as the senior SME for business analysis, ensuring robust, accurate, and actionable requirements are captured for all financial crime initiatives; ensure that all dependencies, risks and assumptions are captured early to set up delivery teams for success.
