Financial Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and ambitious Financial Controller to join a large, privately owned organisation with extensive operations across the South of England and a strong track record of investment and growth.Reporting to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of the finance function, managing the transactional finance team while strengthening reporting, financial processes and controls across the business.This role will suit someone who enjoys working closely with the wider organisation and ensuring finance provides clear insight and structure to support decision making.Key responsibilities Managing and developing the transactional finance team Producing monthly management accounts and financial reporting Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Maintaining financial controls and governance Monitoring cash flow and improving financial processesAbout youExperience at Financial Controller level or within a senior finance leadership roleStrong management accounts and financial reporting experienceExperience managing transactional finance teamsCollaborative, practical and commercially awareExperience within operational industries such as construction, infrastructure, manufacturing or logistics would be advantageous. ..... full job details .....
