This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to take ownership of the financial control and technical accounting function across a number of UK entities, while helping shape the future structure of the finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead financial control, month-end reporting and technical accounting, while managing and developing the existing finance team. You will also play a key role in improving processes and controls and supporting the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role will initially be predominantly office-based in Fleet, particularly during the initial handover and transition period, with hybrid working expected to develop thereafter.
