Financial Controller EastleighReports to: DirectorVenture Recruitment Partners are exclusively partnering with a dynamic SME targeting 100% growth in the next 5 years, to recruit a Financial Controller who has the appetite and commercial awareness to help drive the business forward.Key responsibilities: Manage and maintain all financial aspects of the business, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the company''s financial health and make informed decisions.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.Provide financial guidance and support to the executive team in strategic decision-making processes. About you: Full qualification ACA, ACCA or CIMA desirable.Strong commercial mindset, ideally proven in supporting business decision making.Comprehensive financial control and analysis experience.Ability to manage and motivate a small team.
