As the Finance Manager/Financial Controller, you will work directly with the CEO and support this ambitious, family-run business as it enters an exciting phase of expansion. We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded "Hands on" Accountant to perform the role of Finance Manager/Financial Controller to lead a small finance team from the Lymington headquarters. This is a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the business. The Financial Manager/Financial Controller job role: This is a senior, hands-on role within a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You will take full ownership of the finance function combining strategic oversight with day-to-day involvement in the detail. As a member of the Leadership Team, you ll provide clear financial insight to support commercial decision-making, while taking responsibility for all things finance related to include cash flow management, management accounts, and project profitability.
