Financial Controller

An established and growing multi-entity business is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead its day-to-day finance operations.This is a senior and highly visible role, working closely with the senior leadership team and board to ensure robust financial reporting, strong financial controls and clear commercial insight across the organisation.The successful candidate will be a hands-on, technically strong accountant who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and partnering with operational leaders across the business.Financial Reporting and Management AccountsPrepare accurate monthly management accounts including PandL, balance sheet and cash flowDeliver weekly financial performance summaries for senior leadershipProduce monthly variance analysis against budget with clear commentaryDevelop and maintain divisional financial reporting, ensuring clear performance visibility across business unitsAccounts Receivable and Debt ManagementOversee the sales ledger and credit control functionMonitor aged debtor reporting and cash collection performanceWork with operational teams to resolve billing queries and improve collectionsAccounts Payable and Payroll OversightManage purchase ledger processes and supplier paymentsOversee payroll processes across multiple worker typesEnsure compliance with relevant payroll and pay regulationsBudgeting, Forecasting and Commercial SupportCoordinate the annual budgeting processProduce and maintain rolling cash flow forecastsProvide ..... full job details .....
