Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for: Bringing insight and narrative to financial reporting, telling the story behind the numbers Leading and developing the finance team Overseeing month-end processes, including review and detailed analysis Rebuilding and improving cashflow forecasting, with monthly reforecasts and granular detail Identifying profitable ervice lines and providing board-level detail Managing intercompany loans and trading company pinch points Driving efficiencies and process improvements across finance operations Reviewing and developing processes Conducting regular 121s with the team and supporting longer-term growth plans What you will need: Previous experience in a similar role (Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Group Financial Controller) All rounder finance experience Comfortable with change and process improvement ..... full job details .....
