Interim Financial Controller / Finance Manager Derby £60,000 - £65,000 Immediate start Privately owned hospitality business based in Derbyshire is looking for an experienced Interim Financial Controller / Finance Manager to take ownership of its finance function during an important period of growth and development on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a genuinely hands-on interim assignment, the successful candidate will not simply oversee a team, they will be expected to roll up their sleeves and get into the detail. They will take ownership of the full finance function across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced interim accountant who enjoys being hands-on, commercially involved and close to the operation. The business is growing, and this role will give you the opportunity to make a tangible impact, improving the quality of reporting, strengthening financial controls and helping the wider business understand and use its numbers more effectively. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, build trust quickly and leave the finance function in a stronger position than they found it.
