As the business continues to evolve, they are seeking a commercially minded finance leader who can work in close partnership with the Managing Director and wider leadership team to support both operational performance and future growth.This is a highly visible and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function whilst playing an active part in strategic decision-making. It would suit an experienced Financial Controller who enjoys balancing technical excellence with commercial insight and stakeholder engagement.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the finance function, ensuring robust financial reporting, effective controls and meaningful business insight.
