What You''ll Be Doing: Take ownership of the end-to-end finance function, delivering accurate monthly management accounts, cash-flow forecasts and KPI reporting. Support long-term planning by managing budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and financial modelling. Act as a trusted adviser to the SLT, providing practical commercial insights that shape key business decisions. Build and develop dashboards to improve financial visibility across the business. Analyse revenue streams, recurring income and project profitability, highlighting opportunities, risks or trends. Oversee day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, staff expenses and credit control. Ensure accurate revenue recognition for contracts and recurring income streams.
