Finance Manager / Controller SME - Fully Remote Our client is a £15m division of a global group seeking an entry level Financial Controller. Ideal for a Finance Manager looking to step up into an FC role. Would suite straight from practice as well as industry trained. It is essential you are a fully qualified accountant and preferably have experience working within the telecommunications sector. IFRS 15 / 16 would be hugely beneficial. The role can be based anywhere in the UK but you must be working and living in the UK as occasional on-site meetings will be required The Financial Controller role offers remote management and will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations. About the Role As Financial Controller, you''ll be responsible for overseeing financial management, corporate accounting, regulatory reporting, and internal controls. You''ll lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while also managing audits, financial reporting, and cash flow. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Revenue Recognition Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax, VAT, and statutory reporting Manage cash flow, payroll, and month-end accounts Lead financial audits, internal controls, and IFRS compliance Conduct financial forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning Support reporting to the parent company, including quarterly and annual financial reviews What We''re Looking For Qualified ..... full job details .....
