As the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of financial operations, reporting, and controls, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information to support business performance. Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate and timely financial and management reports. Support senior management in making informed business decisions. Lead the implementation and integration of new accounting software. Maintain robust financial controls across expenditure, invoicing, payments, and cash management. Produce monthly management accounts and performance insights. Oversee debtor and creditor management to ensure effective cash flow. Manage payroll, VAT, CIS returns, and other statutory financial requirements. Support job costing processes and assist project teams with financial data.
