Financial Controller

Financial Controller SF Recruitment are currently working on an exclusive retained basis with a Redditch based business in the recruitment of a Financial Controller. - Managing a team of 8 in finance. - Co ordinating the preparation of budget and financial forecasting and reporting variance - Preparing and publishing all monthly management accounts - Creating reports/KPI development which identify results, trends and forecasts, and reviewing these with the Senior Leadership Team - Ensuring reporting meets compliant standards with statutory and financial regulations - Streamlining and improving all operations and accounting systems - Management of cashflow, debt and debt collection - Overseeing the audit process and liaising with both internal/external auditors and tax accountants. - VAT compliance - Support the business with financial strategy and decision making processes - Assisting Finance Director in presenting reports to board members and senior management - Ensuring month end and group reporting deadlines met The successful candidate will be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA £70,000 An excellent opportunity for an experienced finance manager to take the next step in their career. ..... full job details .....
