As the FC you will oversee a small team of 3 and report into a supportive Managing Director. They are an award-winning business with exciting growth plans. The ideal Financial Controller will be a strong team leader, enjoy developing and mentoring a small team whilst improving processes and procedures. This position would suit a qualified individual with SME experience.
