      <description>Location: Evesham | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Financial Controller SF Partners are delighted to be working with a superb organisation in the recruitment of a Financial Controller. Please note this role is office based.  Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a new role to support a growing business, overseeing a small team.  Key responsibilities:  Preparation of monthly management accounts Ownership of month-end processes and reporting Accruals, prepayments and journal postings Balance sheet reconciliations Budgeting and forecasting Variance analysis with clear commentary Preparation of monthly management information Cash flow reporting and analysis Working closely with budget holders and operational stakeholders Providing financial analysis to support business decisions Supporting year-end and external audit requirements Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc projects and analysis  The ideal candidate:  You''ll ideally be qualified ACA/ACMA/CIMA Strong Excel skills and an interest in data analysis If this role is of interest, please get in touch.</description>
