Financial Controller Coventry £75,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits A leading manufacturing business is seeking a Financial Controller to take ownership of a key division within their business. This is a high-profile role, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, support decision-making, and lead a well-established finance team. The Role You''ll act as the finance lead for a complex, fast-paced environment, taking responsibility for financial reporting, forecasting, and business partnering across multiple functions. Key responsibilities include: Leading all aspects of month-end close, reporting, and financial analysis Preparing and presenting PandL, balance sheet, and cash flow insights to senior stakeholders Owning budgeting and forecasting processes across operational and engineering spend Partnering with non-finance teams including engineering and commercial functions Managing and developing a team of finance professionals Driving continuous improvement across processes, controls, and reporting Supporting audit processes and ensuring a strong financial control environment The Candidate We''re looking for a commercially minded and hands-on finance leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
