Role Title: Financial Controller Type: Permanent - Full Time Salary: 50,000 + performance related bonus (up to 50,000) Hybrid: Hybrid, office presence required Location: Derbyshire Sellick Partnership are working with a well-established, high-value SME operating within a specialist and premium sector, which is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead and evolve its finance function. This is a Financial Controller role offering a clear and achievable route into a Finance Director position within the next 12 to 24 months. The position has arisen due to a recent change within the team, creating an opportunity for someone to step in and take ownership of the finance function while driving improvement and change. You will be joining at a key stage of the company''s growth, with the chance to build a more commercially focused finance function that will support the business through its next phase and longer-term strategic objectives.
