The company operates in a complex, multi-entity environment and needs a Financial Controller who can roll their sleeves up, manage the day-to-day financial operations, and also support the Finance Director on wider strategic and commercial initiatives.You’ll be working closely with a progressive FD and managing a small finance team, while playing a crucial part in helping the business scale and optimise its operations.Responsibilities

Own the month-end close process across multiple entitiesLead and develop the finance teamManage external audits and statutory accountsOversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial complianceCash flow forecasting and working capital managementPartner with the FD on commercial analysis: margins, product costings, pricing strategySupport operational teams with financial insight and decision supportDrive process improvements and systems enhancementsLiaise with external advisors including auditors, banks, and tax advisorsAbout you
