The Role Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will play a critical role leading the transactional finance team, communicating with the wider organisation, whilst ensuring robust financial controls, accurate financial reporting and strong statutory compliance across the organisation and its related entities. Key responsibilities will include: Leading, developing and supporting the transactional finance team (a team of five). Leading the production of statutory accounts and statutory returns. Taking responsibility for the financial aspects of the annual audit and acting as the key contact for external auditors. Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the organisation.
