Working closely with both the Finance and wider Management teams, this role plays a key part in supporting operational performance and helping shape strategic decision-making across the business. Leading a team of six, you''ll take ownership of core financial operations, including month-end close, forecasting, variance analysis and the preparation of key reporting such as PandL, cash flow and balance sheet reporting for senior stakeholders. Alongside this, you''ll ensure all internal and corporate reporting is delivered accurately and on time, while maintaining strong financial governance through SOX compliance, balance sheet reconciliations and support with both interim and year-end audits.
