FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - SOUTHAMPTON I am excited to be the exclusive recruitment partner to this incredible retail brand that has risen from founder lead start up to almost 50 stores nationwide in six years! They have ambitious plans to dominate the UK market through both acquisition (several currently in play) and organic growth, and now need to recruit their first ever Financial Controller to insource finance, put all processes and systems in from scratch, work through historical issues around stock control, VAT, credit control, supplier payments and take them through their first ever audit, whilst integrating in acquisitions, building your own team, developing a technology strategy and delivering it. Every day will be a different challenge, and the ownership want to grow at pace, so be ready for an incredible journey towards a sale process in the future! This role is based at their Southampton HQ with the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week, and can offer up to £90k P/A plus bonus and benefits. It would ideally suit a qualified accountant with strong technical knowledge, and eye for detail, an innovative nature and the confidence to present to C-suite.
