This is a newly created role driven by the continued growth and evolution of the Group Finance function.This is a senior, high-profile position within the Central London-based team, reporting directly to the CFO and responsible for Group consolidation, technical accounting, and external reporting. The business is highly acquisitive, having completed numerous deals across Europe, and this role offers significant exposure to MandA, integration projects, and senior stakeholders across the Group. You will ensure the integrity of Group financial information and play a key part in shaping financial processes and reporting as the organisation continues its ambitious growth journey. About the RoleLead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end Group consolidation process across multiple jurisdictions and currencies. Prepare IFRS-compliant consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Act as IFRS subject-matter expert, drafting and embedding accounting policies across the Group.
