Interim Financial Controller Annual Salary: Circa £65,000 Pro Rata (£250-£300 per day) Location: Redhill, Surrey Job Type: Hybrid (3-6 Month Fixed-Term Contract / Interim Assignment) A well-established organisation in Redhill is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their finance team on an interim basis for an initial period of 3-6 months. This hands-on role is ideal for a qualified finance professional who can quickly integrate into the business, provide stability to the finance function, and support senior stakeholders during a busy period of change. With a hybrid working pattern, this opportunity is perfect for someone available at short notice or immediately. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee the day-to-day finance function and manage a small team. Prepare monthly management accounts and board reporting packs. Lead month-end and year-end processes. Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital reporting. Review and improve financial controls and processes. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Business partner with senior leadership and operational managers. Liaise with external auditors and relevant third parties. Provide financial analysis to support key business decisions. Required Skills and Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified. Previous experience operating at Financial Controller level.
